About Returns & Refunds

1. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs.

2. What if the item is damaged during the return process?

When you return the item, please be sure to wrap the product correctly. If the returned item is damaged, we cannot refund for you. We will give you a perfect solution as soon as possible.

3. When will I receive the refund?
